Our tees are designed with a relaxed, boxy fit — made to feel comfy and look effortless. They’re unisex, so everyone can find their perfect style. If you like a more fitted look, we recommend sizing down.

100% cotton — premium weight (220gsm) for that quality feel that lasts.

We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail, with a few delivery options so you can choose what suits you best:

🚚 Delivery Options

Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Fully tracked, usually delivered within 2 working days.Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Fully tracked, usually delivered the next working day.Local Delivery (Aberdeen Only) – If you’re based in Aberdeen, we’ll hand-deliver your order ourselves — straight to your door!

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 working days. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way.

💫 Pre-Orders

If you’ve ordered an item marked as a pre-order, this means it’s being made especially for you! Pre-order items will have an estimated dispatch date noted on the product page. Please note that your full order (including any in-stock items) will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready — so the usual 2–3 day processing time applies after the we receive the stock.

If you choose a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been posted.

We currently deliver within the UK only.

We hope you love your PDCS order as much as we loved creating it. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

💌 Returns

If you’d like to return your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it by emailing penelopedesigns02@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps and send you the return details.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition

• Returned with any original packaging

• Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.

⚡ Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d prefer.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn or damaged items.

⏳ Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are made to order, so production and dispatch take a little longer — estimated dispatch dates will always be listed on the product page.

You still have a 14-day cooling-off period once your pre-order arrives. This means you can cancel or return your pre-order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original, unworn condition and packaging.

Just email penelopedesigns02@gmail.com within that 14-day window to let us know you’d like to cancel or return. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send the item back, and we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.

If your pre-order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we’ll sort it right away.
