Our t-shirts are sourced from trusted suppliers known for their quality and comfort, and all designs are created in-house at Penelope Designs Creative Studio (Aberdeen, Scotland).

We’ve included a detailed size chart on each product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a relaxed, oversized look.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 working days. Delivery time depends on the shipping option you select at checkout. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way!

Not at the moment — we currently deliver within the UK only, but we hope to expand in the future!

If something isn’t quite right, email us at penelopedesigns02@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

Yes! As long as your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. We don’t offer direct exchanges right now — but you can return and place a new order.

Turn your tee inside out and wash at 30°C to keep the print fresh. Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over the design.
