Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
At PDCS, we take pride in getting your orders to you safely and as quickly as possible. Each order is packed with care before it heads out the door — whether it’s posted through Royal Mail or hand-delivered locally.
We currently ship all orders using Royal Mail, with a few delivery options so you can choose what suits you best:

Royal Mail 2nd Class – Estimated 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Fully tracked, usually delivered within 2 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Fully tracked, usually delivered the next working day.

Local Delivery (Aberdeen Only) – If you’re based in Aberdeen, we’ll personally hand-deliver your order — straight to your door!
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 working days.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

During busy periods or new collection launches, please allow a little extra time — we’re a small team, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving quickly.
If you choose a tracked delivery option, you’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has been posted, so you can keep an eye on its journey.
We currently deliver within the UK only, but we hope to expand in the future as PDCS grows.
Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your PDCS order as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is designed and packed with care, but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.
If you’d like to return your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it by emailing penelopedesigns02@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
Once we receive your email, we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide the return address details. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In its original condition and packaging

Free from any marks, scents, or signs of wear

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for this to appear in your account.
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, simply return your original item following the process above, and place a new order for the piece you’d prefer.
For hygiene and quality control reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on:

Worn or washed items

Items damaged after delivery

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
