Full Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Penelope Designs Creative Studio (PDCS)!
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you’re agreeing to buy the product(s) listed at the price shown, including any applicable delivery costs.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation — this means we’ve received your order. You’ll then get another email once your item has been dispatched.

All orders are subject to availability. If, for any reason, we’re unable to fulfil your order (for example, if stock runs out), we’ll let you know right away and issue a full refund.

Payment

We currently accept payments securely through the payment methods available on our site (e.g., card, Apple Pay, etc.).
All transactions are processed safely through Wix Payments, and PDCS does not store or have access to your payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the UK only via Royal Mail or local delivery in Aberdeen.
Full details can be found on our Shipping Policy.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can’t take responsibility for orders sent to the wrong address.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition and packaging
     

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your original order and place a new one.

Pre Orders

Some of our products are available to pre-order before they officially launch. When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout to secure your item.

We’ll always list the estimated dispatch date on the product page so you know when to expect your order. If there are any changes or delays, we’ll get in touch right away by email to keep you updated.

You can cancel your pre-order any time before it’s dispatched for a full refund. Once your order has been shipped, our standard Returns & Refund Policy applies.

Please note that dispatch dates are estimates and may be subject to change, but we’ll always do our best to keep things on track and communicate clearly.

Product Information

We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, small variations in colour or fit may occur due to screen displays or the printing process.

All PDCS designs are created in limited runs, meaning once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.
