Returns on Print-to-Order Items
Because each print is made specifically for your order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If that happens, just email us at penelopedesigns02@gmail.com and weâll sort it straight away.

đ Returns
If youâd like to return your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it by emailing penelopedesigns02@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Weâll walk you through the next steps and send you the return details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned with any original packaging
Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
Once weâve received and checked your return, weâll issue your refund to the original payment method.
⥠Exchanges
We donât currently offer direct exchanges, but youâre welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product youâd prefer.
đŤ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we canât accept returns on worn or damaged items.
âł Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made to order, so production and dispatch take a little longer â estimated dispatch dates will always be listed on the product page.
You still have a 14-day cooling-off period once your pre-order arrives. This means you can cancel or return your pre-order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as itâs in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
Just email penelopedesigns02@gmail.com within that 14-day window to let us know youâd like to cancel or return. Youâll then have a further 14 days to send the item back, and weâll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
If your pre-order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and weâll sort it right away.
