Most print-to-order items take a little longer to dispatch than stocked items, but the quality is worth the extra wait.

Print-to-order items usually dispatch within 3–6 business days.
Returns on Print-to-Order Items
Because each print is made specifically for your order, returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. If that happens, just email us at penelopedesigns02@gmail.com and we’ll sort it straight away.

💌 Returns
If you’d like to return your order, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it by emailing penelopedesigns02@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps and send you the return details.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in its original condition
Returned with any original packaging
Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear
Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
⚡ Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you’d prefer.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on worn or damaged items.
⏳ Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made to order, so production and dispatch take a little longer — estimated dispatch dates will always be listed on the product page.
You still have a 14-day cooling-off period once your pre-order arrives. This means you can cancel or return your pre-order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s in its original, unworn condition and packaging.
Just email penelopedesigns02@gmail.com within that 14-day window to let us know you’d like to cancel or return. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send the item back, and we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
If your pre-order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we’ll sort it right away.
